Blur and Kids

#1 - Sierra, grasping a ball that Eddie the Jack Russell Terrier wants to steal. Les, Eddie’s dog-parent, rushes for the rescue. Sierra simply closes her eyes and hopes for the best. I think this picture, while not technically perfect, captures the essense of that moment - a blur of movement, with little Sierra in the middle just waiting for it to pass.
#2 - Jens, Sierra’s little boy friend (not to be confused with boyfriend, although they do kiss) running. As little boys do. I liked the background blur, even though I couldn’t quite get him in focus.

Sierra got this Princess Camera for Christmas, and she’s totally enamored with having her own photography device, regardless of whether or not it’s simply a non-3D View-Master with a pink box.
